Tisk faktur a popisování faktur dle instrukcí

Doplňování dat do interního systému na správu finančních dokladů

Skenování a evidence účtenek

Co od vás očekáváme

Přesnost a důslednost – důležitá je schopnost pečlivě kontrolovat doklady

Organizační schopnosti – správa archivace, elektronická evidence, třídění dokladů

Co vám nabízíme

Docházet do kanceláře na Žižkově v pátky, čas dohodou

Práce by většinou byla tak na 1-3 hodiny za týden (před, během a po festivalu se čas může navýšit - říjen, listopad)

Plat 150 Kč/hodina

Pozice by byla na Dohodu o provedení práce

Nástup od září 2025.
