Co bude tvojí super schopností? (aneb Hlavní povinnosti):

  • Budeš denně komunikovat s našimi obchodníky v češtině, slovenštině a maďarštině přes e-mail, telefon, chat i WhatsApp. Žádný dotaz pro tebe nebude problém
  • Máš reálný vliv na budování značky Allegro a tvorbu procedur, které zefektivní práci celého týmu
  • Aktivně podporuješ dlouhodobé vztahy s obchodníky a zajišťuješ jejich maximální spokojenost.
  • Od zahájení registrace, přes nastavení účtu a první objednávky, až po fakturaci a finanční vyrovnání – jsi oporou ve všech fázích.
  • Pomáháš obchodníkům s prvotním nastavením, vysvětluješ procesy a aktivuješ služby.
  • Asistuješ při správě objednávek, refundací a reklamací.

    Inovátor: Eviduješ požadavky, reportuješ a poskytuješ zpětnou vazbu pro neustálé vylepšování našich služeb.

  • Máš zkušenosti s péčí o zákazníka (ideálně z různých kanálů: e-mail, telefon, chat, WhatsApp, Messenger je velkou výhodou).
  • Nevadí ti práce ve směnném režimu (včetně víkendů a svátků).
  • Perfektně komunikuješ maďarsky (psaně i mluveně)
  • Dokážeš analyzovat data z různých zdrojů a pracovat ve více systémech najednou.
  • Rád/a spolupracuješ s ostatními odděleními.
  • Baví tě lidé, máš radost z komunikace s nimi a jsi otevřený/á, plný/á energie a spokojenost zákazníka je pro tebe prioritou.
  • Zkušenosti s provozem internetových obchodů jsou výhodou.
