Your Mission
Join the Precision Plus team to drive growth in spare parts, maintenance kits, and lubricants for vacuum pumps. If you enjoy building relationships, creating new opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you. Ideal for those with a few years of sales or customer-facing experience, ready to make a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute growth strategies in your territory
- Achieve annual sales targets
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Reconnect with past clients and grow existing relationships
- Collaborate with teams (Sales Operations, Tech Support, Marketing, etc.)
- Stay updated on market trends and competition
- Manage leads, quotes, and tenders effectively
- Use CRM to drive a proactive sales approach
- Promote webshop sales
What You Bring
- 3+ years in Sales, Inside Sales or customer-facing role
- Experience managing sales and customer accounts
- Technical mindset; engineering background a plus
- Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Fluent in Czech and English (due to the customer-facing nature of the role and focus on the Czech market); Polish is a plus
