Do Adastra Czech hledáme parťáka, který nám pomůže s nastavováním bezpečnostních prvků na projektech, které dodáváme zákazníkům i uvnitř firmy.

Nehledáme nutně superhrdinu – bude stačit, pokud máš s IT bezpečností alespoň nějakou zkušenost a chceš se dál učit, růst a posouvat věci kupředu.

Čemu se budeš věnovat:
  • Zavádění bezpečnostních metodik a technologií na projektech u našich zákazníků i uvnitř firmy (od účasti již v nabídkovém procesu, nastavování realizace, metodického vedení, až po bezpečnostní audity). Zároveň budeš "styčným důstojníkem" security projektů interně vůči IT a backofficu, a také vůči našim zákazníkům.
  • Nejprve musíš získat představu o současném firemním zabezpečení, poznat jeho výhody a slabá místa. Měl bys být studnicí znalostí pro lidi, kteří se zabývají návrhem architektur projektů, řídí projekty či jinak za ně odpovídají a také je auditují.
  • Budeš navrhovat změny v bezpečnosti, aby vyhovovaly jak z hlediska zákonných a zákaznických požadavků, tak z hlediska provozovatelnosti.
  • Budeš úzce komunikovat zejména s CIO, CISO, architekty a vedoucími projektů a také budeš zaškolovat členy projektů v základech kybernetické bezpečnosti.
  • Budeš tvořit a udržovat roadmapu, dokumentaci, podílet se na bezpečnostním reportingu a řešit security dotazníky.
Tvým cílem bude:
  • V první řadě pochopit, jak máme nastavenou bezpečnost teď a následně ji zlepšit hlavně na projektech v našem Delivery (dodávky služeb a projektů našim zákazníkům). Postupně se pak dostaneš i k rozvoji security napříč celou firmou.
  • Pomůžeš nám nastavit takovou securitu, která správně vybalancuje bezpečnost a business firmy, aby jedno nebylo utlačováno na úkor druhého. Jde nám o bezpečnost, ale hlavně o praktickou bezpečnost, aby byly projekty stále provozuschopné a finančně udržitelné.
Budeme si rozumět, pokud:
  • Máš za sebou zkušenost v oblasti IT bezpečnosti (nemusíš být expert, důležitá je ochota se učit a dál věci posouvat dopředu)
  • Aktivně hledáš řešení problému do té doby, dokud ho nenalezneš
  • Jsi zvyklý hledat nejlepší možnosti v parametrech času/ceny/kvality, hledat shodu s ostatními kolegy a dokážeš obhájit své řešení/názor před ostatními
  • Umíš pracovat samostatně a jsi komunikativní
  • Zvládneš se domluvit v angličtině (na některých projektech jsou zahraniční kolegové)

    – Normy řady ISO/IEC 27000 a obdobné normy z oblasti bezpečnosti a ICT
