Momentálně hledáme novou posilu, která nám pomůže udržet pořádek v platbách, majetku i každodenní administrativě. Máš rád/a ve věcech pořádek? Neztratíš se ve fakturách, Excel ti není cizí a domluvíš se i anglicky? Pak tě rádi potkáme.

CO TĚ U NÁS ČEKÁ?
  • Zpracování faktur v ERP systému (konkrétně NetSuite).
  • Kontrola podkladů k platbám a příprava podkladů pro účetní a DPH.
  • Administrativní podpora našim zahraničním pobočkám.
  • Zajišťování a evidence služebních cest (letenky, ubytování, stravné, reporty).
  • Evidence a správa majetku v systému, správa telefonních čísel (Vodafone).
  • Komunikace s dodavateli a interními týmy.
  • Podpora pro správu firemního pojištění – aktualizace a evidence smluv.
  • Administrace objednávek drobného vybavení.
  • Obecné administrativní úkoly dle potřeby týmu.
BEZ ČEHO SE NEOBEJDEŠ?
  • Ideálně 2-5 let praxe na obdobné administrativní pozici.
  • Dobrá znalost MS Excel.
  • Komunikativní znalost anglického jazyka.
  • Pečlivost, důslednost a schopnost samostatné práce.
  • Dobré organizační schopnosti, flexibilita a chuť učit se novým věcem.
  • Výborné komunikační dovednosti a schopnost spolupráce napříč týmy.
