Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Work model: onsite
- Monitor digitalization trends in Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) technologies and contribute to developing new customer-focused solutions.
- Ensure that products and services are clearly understood by customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Sales, Engineering, and Product Marketing - to explain technical details and translate solutions effectively.
- Prepare and deliver materials such as guides, presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Share technical know-how and best practices across the organization.
- Work closely with colleagues in the Czech Republic and internationally to support projects and initiatives.
- Participate in business trips to see technology in action and engage directly with customers.
- Contribute to various projects, continuously learn, and support the successful implementation of solutions in the market.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (university or secondary technical education)
- Proactive and inquisitive mindset - eager to research, ask the right questions, and propose innovative solutions
- Strong communication skills - able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language
- Proficiency in Czech and English (minimum B2 level)
- Open to new ideas and approaches, with critical thinking and a willingness to contribute creative solutions
- Basic understanding of economics is an advantage, though advanced Excel skills are not required
