Do našeho týmu hledáme Technical Support Engineer, který bude zajišťovat technickou podporu distributorů a instalačních firem na trzích DE, CZ a SK (L1 podpora) a podílet se na přípravě a kontrole dokumentace pro řešení pokročilejších dotazů (L2 a L3). Součástí práce je také překlad a kontrola technických dokumentů pro trh DACH.

Ve PHOTOMATE poskytujeme komplexní řešení v oblasti obnovitelné energie a jsme distributorem solárních měničů, bateriových úložišť, nabíjecích stanic pro elektromobily a tepelných čerpadel ve střední a východní Evropě, Skandinávii a střední Asii.

Hlavní náplň práce:

  • Poskytování technické podpory distributorům a instalačním společnostem (úroveň 1)
  • Shromažďování dokumentace pro řešení složitějších dotazů (úrovně 2 a 3)
  • Kontrola technické dokumentace pro trh DACH
  • Překlad a adaptace technických dokumentů
  • Spolupráce s technickým týmem na zajištění kvalitní podpory zákazníkům

Požadavky:

  • Min. 1 rok praxe v technickém sektoru
  • Základní znalosti v oblasti elektrotechniky nebo HVAC
  • Němčina na úrovni C1 (technická terminologie), Český jazyk na úrovni C1
  • Angličtina na úrovni min. B1
  • Uživatelská znalost CAD a MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint na pokročilé úrovni)

Soft skills:

  • Výborný time management
  • Analytické a problémové myšlení
  • Komunikační dovednosti a zkušenosti z mezinárodního prostředí
  • Schopnost technického vyjadřování

Hard skills:

  • Znalosti v oblasti elektrotechniky, energetiky, automatizace a obnovitelných zdrojů energie
  • Dobrá orientace v technické dokumentaci
