Hledáme Restaurant & Bar Managera pro moderní 4* hotel v srdci Karlína

Do našeho týmu hotelu PULSE8 hledáme zkušeného Restaurant & Bar Managera, který převezme vedení hotelové restaurace a posune naše služby na ještě vyšší úroveň.

Vaše odpovědnost:

  • Kompletní řízení provozu restaurace, baru a konferenčních prostor
  • Organizace práce a vedení týmu číšníků, barmanů a směnových vedoucích
  • Spolupráce na tvorbě rozpočtu a kontrola nákladů (F&B cost)
  • Zajištění dodržování hygienických standardů a interních směrnic
  • Nábor, školení a motivace zaměstnanců
  • Úzká spolupráce s kolegy z dalších oddělení hotelu

Koho hledáme:

  • Máte praxi v hotelovém prostředí nebo na obdobné manažerské pozici
  • Umíte vést tým, motivovat ho a zvládáte řešit situace s klidem a přehledem
  • Znáte HACCP, hygienické standardy a principy cenotvorby
  • Jste orientovaný/á na detail, výsledky a špičkový zákaznický servis
  • Mluvíte plynně česky a máte pokročilou znalost angličtiny
