The Logistic Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting the logistics team with the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics network projects. Additionally, the role includes supporting daily operational logistics tasks to maintain efficient workflow and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of logistics projects, including communication with the project team.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, analyses, description of operational processes.
  • Support the logistics team in daily operational tasks in key areas such as warehousing and distribution.
  • Conduct data analysis and data revisions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on logistics performance on a regular basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain (or any other related field e.g. Business Administration)
  • General overview of Supply Chain field
  • Proven experience in Logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Accountability and responsibility
  • Works well under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in Czech and advanced in English language

Terms & Conditions: Full-time project role with limited contract period for 1 year. Hybrid working model. Right to work in Czechia and Slovakia required. No relocation assistance will be available. Please remember to attach your completed Talent Card together with CV.
