Working as a Sales Quote Support Specialist at Signify is dynamic. You'll perform a key role in sales support process, cooperating closely with our sales team and customers . We're greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.

We're looking for a Sales Quote Support Specialist who'll be responsible for supporting sales organization by managing the bid and pricing process in order to provide high quality quotation proposals, ensuring they are compliant, competitive and meeting the company growth and profitability targets.

You'll be part of the SignifyProfessional Trade Team in Czech Republicand its responsibilities are delivering best service to our largest customers, so speed, accuracy and precision of action must be in your DNA.

What you'll do
  • You'll support the sales organization by managing the bid / quote / pricing process in order to provide high quality quotation proposals ensuring they are compliant, competitive and meet the company growth and profitability targets
  • You'll produce and deliver timely and accurate proposals
  • You'll hold deep knowledge of our company products, systems and services
  • You'll interact with sales colleagues and customers in a professional and competent manner

What you'll need

  • Min. secondary education
  • Ca. 2+ years of bid /quote / pricing experience in the Lighting / technical industry
  • Fluent Czech (both orally and in writing) is obligatory, at least communicative level of English
  • Around 2+ years in similar role requiring customer interaction (with internal and/or external customers)
  • At least good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent analytical and organizing skills
  • Customer centric attitude with ability to adjust plans and actions to meet changing market / customer needs
