Co bude Tvým denním Rohlíkem?

  • Každý den budeš pracovat s daty – analyzovat provozní KPI, odhalovat slabá místa a hledat chytrá řešení napříč celou firmou
  • Budeš spolupracovat s týmy z různých oddělení, zavádět změny a sledovat jejich dopady v praxi
  • Řešení operativních problémů ve workflow budeš mít pod palcem
  • Přijdeš s nápady na automatizaci, digitalizaci a zjednodušení práce – a uvidíš, jak se tvoje návrhy mění ve skutečnost
  • Budeš testovat nové procesy a změny, sbírat zpětnou vazbu a pomáhat s jejich hladkou implementací

Co od Tebe očekáváme?

  • Máš zkušenost s analýzou provozních KPI a umíš na jejich základě navrhnout zlepšení efektivity
  • Excel ovládáš na pokročilé úrovni – kontingenční tabulky, složitější funkce i datové analýzy zvládáš levou zadní
  • Přemýšlíš analyticky, orientuješ se v datech a umíš pracovat s provozními ukazateli
  • Jsi člověk, který má cit pro detail a nenechá nic jen tak projít
  • Dokážeš se rozhodovat samostatně, ale zároveň víš, kdy je čas spolupracovat s týmem
  • Pokud máš zkušenost z logistiky, je to pro nás velké plus
  • Domluvíš se anglicky na pokročilé úrovni
