Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance to customers on travel bookings, changes, or cancellations.
- Answer questions and handle issues via chat, email, or phone.
- Keep records and case notes up to date.
- Represent our customer-first culture every day.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech and English.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Valid EU work permit or residence card.
