Responsibilities:
• Process incoming orders via various platforms (webshop, customer-specific procurement portals, other channels)
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships and manage complaints professionally
• Maintain continuous communication with colleagues—local and international sales teams, Key Account Manager, and controller
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Sell service packages related to product sales
• Proactively develop customer relationships
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Secondary education
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently
• Accountability for completed tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
• Sales experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP system
• Understanding of customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS)
