Distribution Development Account Manager – Czech Republic

As a Distribution Development Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding SKF's presence in the Czech Republic by developing and optimizing our distribution network. You will work closely with existing distributors, drive business growth at end customers, and ensure alignment with SKF's strategic objectives.  

Key responsibilities (or What you can expect in the role) 

  • Build effective relationships with existing distributors, support their growth, and ensure alignment with SKF's strategy
  • Optimize and expand the distribution network to ensure coverage and profitability
  • Work jointly with distributors to develop business opportunities at end customers, ensuring SKF solutions deliver maximum value
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Customer Service, Application Engineers, and Condition Monitoring Specialists, as well as other sales colleagues across the region
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities to boost SKF's position
  • Manage inventory planning with distributors, support campaigns for specific product portfolios, and ensure effective use of CRM tools

 Requirements (or We expect you to have/be) 

  • Completed university degree in technical field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
  • Motivated and organized personality
  • Fluent in Czech and English at least B1 level
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Some additional information

This position will be located in Czech Republic or Slovakia, on local contract. This position does not include extensive travelling.
