THE ROLE:

• Support administration of SAP License and Maintenance Software contracts for the whole EMEA region and solve related issues within general work direction
• Executes operational (including transactional) tasks independently to support operations, including specialized activities that are performed to meet specific objectives
• Has knowledge of standard processes and related transactions
• Develops collaborative work relationships within own team
• Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with other teams and departments – Commercial Finance, CFO, Contracting, Sales Teams
• Own strategic projects and initiatives that improve team functionality and efficiency

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum upper-intermediate written and spoken English
• Customer focus & business acumen
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Capacity to develop collaborative work relationships within the team and with stakeholders
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
