A Day in the LifeJoin Medtronic's Global Talent Operations team as an Early Career Program Coordinator supporting the EMEA region. This exciting opportunity within our Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise (CoE) focuses on developing young professionals and enhancing our early-career initiatives. Based in Prague, you will coordinate strategic internship and campus programs, career fairs, and university partnerships across multiple countries. Working closely with regional and local stakeholders, you'll help shape Medtronic's future workforce while continuously improving our processes and supporting our mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Coordinate end-to-end EMEA Early Career face-to-face and virtual event operations
  • Manage internship programs and support CoE-driven projects
  • Oversee vendor management, finance tracking, and budget-related activities including purchase orders (POs) and invoices
  • Act as a key liaison between stakeholders by conducting briefing sessions and managing communication channels, including the Early Career operations mailbox
  • Maintain internal and external relationships for career fairs and university initiatives, ensuring timely logistics coordination and materials preparation
  • Provide data management and reporting support, gathering and compiling program metrics for analysis and improvement
  • Identify and suggest process improvements that enhance efficiency and alignment with global standards

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within HR, customer service, marketing, or event management
  • Strong working knowledge of operational systems and practices gained through experience or education
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in an additional European language is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset

Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Ariba, Workday Recruit, or Power BI is an advantage. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
