Who we look forWe are looking for a (Junior) Sales Manager – Media Agency (f/m/d/x), who will join our Sales team and play a key role in building and growing Shopfully's presence in the Czech Republic.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of our international expansion and take ownership of developing strong partnerships with media agencies and their clients in a new and exciting market.
What you will do- Be a key driver in launching and developing Shopfully's presence in the czech market, with a strong focus on media agency clients
- Identify market opportunities and consult media agencies and their brand/retail clients
- Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities from scratch
- Promote Shopfully's value proposition and educate the market about our platform and Shopper Network
- Develop tailored digital media proposals that align with agency and client objectives
- Negotiate and close deals, fostering long-term client and agency relationships
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
- Represent Shopfully in the Czech Republic at industry events, pitches, and networking opportunities
- 2+ years of experience in media or digital advertising sales, ideally in a business development or market launch role
- Strong network in retail and brands and understanding of the czech media agency landscape
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a "builder" mentality and strong sense of ownership
- Proven track record in opening new client relationships and closing deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
