We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a Finance Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing operational tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

  • Prepare and execute period close tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor and report on financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Cooperate and communicate with internal and external customers to resolve queries and issues
  • Support projects and improvement activities to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Participate in monthly close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Administer customer contracts, including booking, invoicing, and revenue recognition
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer billing, analyzing pending billing and identifying potential quality issues

About You

  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual global team
  • Fast learner with adaptability and initiative
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Team player with a proactive and responsible approach to customer support
  • Quality driven with excellent attention to detail
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP systems is an asset
  • Secondary education with a strong academic record
