We are looking for Transport Network Technology Support Associates to join our AT&T centre in Brno.

The right candidate on this job role will perform a proactive and reactive network analysis, troubleshooting, coordination, and restoration of service affecting or potentially service affecting network events/issues.



Qualifications

  • Experience with troubleshooting, network analysis in similar environment
  • General knowledge of Class 5 Switching, SS7/AIN and VOIP network equipment and connectivity (DS0, DS1, DAC,DDM, etc...)
  • Execution of Linux/Unix commands at the command line
  • Teamwork and collaboration, strong organisational, communication (both written and oral), interpersonal skills, aptitude to learn new things
  • Advanced level of English
  • CCNA certification is a plus.

Education :
Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, related field expected

Working hours: afternoon/night shift, with flexibility

Location :
Brno, 1-3 days in the office after trial period

Compensation :
Salary starting from 46,000 CZK gross monthly. The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
