Job Title: Service Delivery Hub Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Service Delivery Hub team, supporting the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions (EMEA). As a member of this team, you will be part of the Global Commercial Finance organization and will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of quotations
  • Guide and advise internal customers on approval and contracting requirements
  • Prepare contractual documents from templates, drafting legal language for deal specifics
  • Verify compliance with internal policies
  • Address internal and external queries within an agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Use SAP technology for reporting, monitoring, and managing deals and other transactions end-to-end
  • Contribute ideas to drive automation, standardization, and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize and find solutions to business challenges
  • Excellent "Customer Focus" approach
  • Strong follow-up skills, proactive mindset, and "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • University degree, preferably in Law or Economics, may be an advantage
