We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumption Support Specialist to join our Global Finance Success (GFS) Consumption CoE team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing post-sales support for billing and consumption-related issues and inquiries, driving problem resolution end-to-end, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ticket inbox, monitor incoming support requests, and answer support incidents within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Review incoming tickets and check against contractual documents, correspondence, and consumption records
  • Align with internal stakeholders and define appropriate problem resolution paths
  • Proactively interact with other SAP support functions and identify external support resources
  • Assign tickets to external resources and process support requests to final resolution
  • Collaborate with the consumption billing team to resolve complex cases
  • Drive root cause analysis to enhance and stabilize billing systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a support position or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Good understanding of consumption models and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Familiarity with support management tools and ERP/CRM software
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Team player with a positive attitude and high level of stress resilience
