Team Lead, Service Delivery Client Engineering

As a Team Lead, Service Client Engineering, you'll drive remote support for service delivery management activities and lead a team responsible for first call resolution, RMA process, and more. Key responsibilities include managing a team, ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA, and monitoring team KPI dashboards. You'll also review recurring incidents, identify automation candidates, and provide performance-enhancement solutions. The role requires good analytical thinking skills, developing management abilities, and effective communication. Nice to have: relevant knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems, IT operations, and technical expertise. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Languages: English is mandatory, and other European languages are nice to have. Required experience: managing a client-facing team, preferably with Microsoft Infrastructure technologies.
