Main responsibilities:
- Consumer queries resolution, answering doubts and complaints
- Analyse insights and consumer feedback
- Review and improve consumer experience to ensure consumers satisfaction and loyalty
- Generate new solution and action to be shared with all relevant departments
- Daily maintenance of systems and platforms
- Follow up of project, communication issues and initiatives which might impact consumers experience and onboarding
- Providing support and data visibility to other departments
- Support in further process improvements
- Weekly & Monthly Reports creation
Your profile:
- min. 1 year experience in customer service (call centre, order management or hospitality)
- German language - Fluent (min. C1)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP is a plus
- Must have excellent social and communication skills, be willing to learn a lot of new information, be stress resistant, be a fast learner and be customer-oriented.
