Service Desk Agent with French and: Czech or Spanish

The Service Desk Analyst - Remote Engineer (L1) provides remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Technical Capability: Supporting standard technical queries related to a single product or small set of products, managing client contacts, and providing unique solutions to problems.
- Business Awareness: Understanding customer environment and service delivery requirements to deliver a first-class service.
- Process: Documenting actions taken in resolving routine customer enquiries.
- Problem Solving: Taking ownership for listening to and understanding customer problems, asking relevant questions to resolve typically known problems within required timescales.
- Service Level: Escalating issues as necessary to deliver required service level and meet or exceed customer expectation/SLAs.
- Team Working: Acting as a team player and being viewed by colleagues as a helpful and effective member of the team.
- Personal Development: Taking ownership of own development and having a development plan in place.
