  • Minimum 5 years experience in the logistics and eCommerce market in the Italian market.

Achievements:

  • Proven success in establishing and closing contracts in the eCommerce or logistics market.

Contacts:

  • Possession of contacts with potential eCommerce clients in and outside the EU.

Language:

  • Italian native speaker is a must. Fluent in English or Polish. Other languages will be considered an advantage.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of creating solutions and identifying profitable new businesses.
  • Adaptable and able to sell a diverse portfolio of services.

Education:

  • Preferred higher education in logistics, management, or related fields.

Tools:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and analytical tools; good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.

  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.

  • Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and as part of a team, with a hands-on approach and focus on results.

Selling end-to-end cross-border logistics solutions to eCommerce clients you will be responsible for generating new business for our client's comprehensive solutions, including fulfillment, transportation, order management, omnichannel, payment, and customer care solutions across the European continent. Your primary objective will be to acquire customers who are focused on selling goods from Germany to international markets, particularly outside the EU.

As the Sales and Development Manager in Italy, you will generate leads, find prospects, present, and sell Meest International solutions to new clients, close deals, and sign contracts. Your primary objective will be acquiring customers focused on eCommerce sales within and outside EU.
