🔎 Koho hledáme?

Ideální kandidát/ka, který/á má zkušenost z korporátního prostředí na pozici HR Generalist nebo HRBP, a je schopný/á se pohybovat v rychle se měnícím, dynamickém prostředí.

Nehledám supermana, ale někoho, kdo se rád učí novým věcem, rád se pohybuje mezi lidmi a přijde s novými nápady, které i dokáže realizovat, má logické uvažování a slovo „nejde nebo nefunguje“ pro něj není překážkou.

Umí se poprat s administrativou, ale i být parťákem pro manažery a vnímat věci v celku. Umí i komunikovat s profesionály všech organizačních úrovní.

Za to ti mohu slíbit, že se nebudeš vůbec nudit a každý den bude vypadat úplně jinak než ten předešlý.

  • Poradenství v HR ✅ Budeš spolupracovat s business leadery v souladu s HR strategií a s cíli organizace a poskytovat odborné rady ohledně řízení talentů, rozvoje organizace a vztahů se zaměstnanci.
  • Spolupráce s manažery a zaměstnanci ✅ Budeš budovat silné vztahy s manažery a zaměstnanci a poskytovat data pro plánování kapacit a rozvoj talentů.
  • Celý životní cyklus HR ✅ V malíku budeš mít na starost procesy od náboru přes onboarding, řízení výkonu až po odchod.
  • Nábor talentů✅ Budeš zajišťovat nábor nových zaměstnanců a upřímně toho samotného náboru na začátek bude hodně. Důležitá bude spolupráce se šéfkou na vytváření pracovních pozic/ kompetencí daných rolí včetně jejich odměňování.
  • Vytváření a implementace politik✅ Taková ta HR klasika a to spolupráce na vytváření interních pravidel a směrnic včetně zajištění souladu s právními požadavky a osvědčenými postupy
  • Employee Branding✅ Naším společným projektem bude budovat značku zaměstnavatele a podílet se na projektu love brand, pro který budeš vytvářet obsah.
  • Digitalitace a technologie v HR✅ Navrhovat a spolupodílet se na technologii pro efektivní procesy (řízení výkonu, mzdy, benefity) bude další, co Tě čeká.
  • Řízení změn✅ Řídit změny v procesech bude tvá šéfka, nicméně Ty se na nich budeš i podílet včetně následné implementace.
  • Měření a analýza✅Sledovat klíčové ukazatele (fluktuace, doba obsazení pozic, angažovanost) a analyzovat data pro neustálé zlepšování HR praktik Tě také nemine.
  • Administrativní úkoly ✅ Toho adminu stále je a bude dost. Můžeš se těšit na zadávání dat, reporting, analýzy a i přípravu dokumentace a podkladů pro payroll.
Zkušenosti a dovednosti, bez kterých to nepůjde 👇
  • Domluvíš se bez problémů a na úrovni česky/slovensky a anglicky
  • Zkušenosti s podobnou rolí min. 2 roky (HR Generalist, HR Business Partner)
  • Zvládáš komunikovat napříč společností s kolegy různých úrovní
  • Máš silný proklientský přístup a budování vztahů v rámci organizace
  • Tabulky, reporty a detaily s tím spojené máš v malíku a naopak z nich umíš vyčíst, na co se v HR a businessu zaměřit
  • Ovládáš Excel “levou zadní” včetně pokročilých funkcí, zkušenosti s digitalizací výhodou
