Business Development ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Fabres. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our business in the European market, specifically within the outsourcing services sector for IT project teams, IT body leasing, and implementation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scaling up the business with new business partners/clients.
  • Participating in negotiation processes and client offers.
  • Closely cooperating with the sourcing team.
  • Managing the sales process, including analyzing client needs, presenting solutions, and preparing commercial proposals.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the European market.
  • Excellent sales skills and determination to achieve goals.
  • Very good knowledge of the IT industry, confirmed by experience and results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Fluent English written and spoken (C1); Dutch is a strong asset.
