At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the European market, specifically within the outsourcing services sector for IT project teams, IT body leasing, and implementation services.

Excellent sales skills and determination to achieve goals.

Very good knowledge of the IT industry confirmed by experience and results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Fluent English written and spoken (C1); Dutch is a strong asset.

Determination and strong desire to contribute to the companyâs growth.

Self-organization and effectiveness in action.

Openness to business travel.
