The Role

As an Enterprise Sales Strategist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your expertise in B2B lead generation, sales strategy, and consultative selling will be essential in attracting, qualifying, and converting leads into long-term clients.

You will own the inbound sales process, contribute to outbound strategies, and work closely with the Head of Sales and CEO to shape business development efforts. Using a Sandler-style consultative approach, you will build trust-based relationships, ensuring that deals align with client needs and project feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed agreed-upon sales funnel KPIs
  • Create compelling proposals & secure contracts for a target portfolio of clients
  • Execute consultative, high-value sales conversations that lead to long-term partnerships

Your Background:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation/sales in the software development industry
  • Fluent Polish & English (C1+ level)
  • Strong understanding of software house offerings, including mobile & web applications and AI-integrated solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Excel/Google Spreadsheets
  • Availability for occasional evening meetings (6 PM CET, 2-3 times per month)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills (active listening, empathy, and respect)
  • Goal-oriented, proactive mindset — taking initiative and focusing on results
  • Analytical thinking — data-driven decision-making and market analysis skills
  • Assertiveness — confidently expressing ideas and advocating for solutions

  • Deep knowledge of the Healthcare industry, including regulations, trends, and challenges
  • Practical experience using AI tools to optimize sales & lead generation
  • Additional expertise in outbound sales strategies and consultative closing techniques
