Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing customers in the Travel & Hospitality sector.

Main Responsibilities
* Build and nurture relationships with key customer profiles
* Collaborate with C-level executives to define and implement sales and account strategies
* Work closely with our Center of Travel Technology Excellence to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the travel sector to identify new business opportunities

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software development services
* 2+ years of experience in Travel & Hospitality or Travel Technology
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
* Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies
* Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record in winning new business
* Experience driving B2B deals with $1M+ ARR
* Demonstrated ability to generate new business and drive sustainable revenue growth
* Experience working with senior management and business owners to align sales strategies
* Ambitious, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve targets
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and client-focused approach to engagement
* Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time

* Master's degree in a relevant field
