Chief Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue-generating strategies and drive ambitious growth goals.
About Our ClientOur client is a renowned technology services company specializing in custom software development. They are looking for a forward-thinking leader to transform their revenue operations and achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a unified strategy for sales, marketing, and account management departments.
- Build and scale efficient sales and marketing operations to support x3 revenue growth over the next five years.
- Align revenue strategies with the company's vision and values while maintaining sustainable growth.
- Oversee hiring, training, and leadership alignment within the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Foster strategic relationships with key clients and partners to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to drive innovation in value propositions and pricing strategies.
- Ensure shareholder interests are met through measurable outcomes in revenue and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling revenue operations, preferably in the software development technology and/or life sciences sectors. They should possess a strong background in sales for Fortune 500 companies while having a deep understanding of marketing to create an efficient sales and marketing ecosystem.
