IT Sales Specialist

We are looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team as IT Sales Specialists with a focus on the German language market.
This role involves engaging with potential customers via phone and email using a provided list of interested prospects who have visited Veeam's website.
Additionally, you will participate in product meetings conducted in both German and English, develop and maintain relationships with sales experts, directors, CFOs, IT specialists, and CEOs.
You will also learn and implement top-selling practices to drive success, identify, validate, and qualify new account opportunities in assigned accounts, territories, or buying centers.
As an IT Sales Specialist, you will use a spectrum of tactics, including phone outreach, voicemail, email, social media, and chat, to connect with prospects and foster meaningful interactions.
Collaboration is key in this role, working with other sales departments to ensure leads are converted into signed contracts and new customers.
The successful candidate will have previous sales experience of at least half a year, exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
They will be able to collaborate across internal teams to achieve actionable results, build trusting relationships with team members and clients, and demonstrate active learning and a positive approach to continuous improvement.
Eagerness to learn extensively about IT, data security, and maintaining an open-minded approach to these topics is also essential.

A competitive salary between 9,500 - 13,400 PLN gross per month, along with a package of benefits, is available for the right candidate.
Hybrid work arrangements allow for flexibility, with options to work from POZNAN, CRACOW, or WARSAW, and professional onboarding and training support are provided.
