We're looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at Marshmallow. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers when they need help with their policy renewal or cancellation. You'll use your exceptional customer service skills to build rapport and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

About the Role
  • You'll work closely with customers via live chat and email to understand their needs and provide solutions that benefit both them and Marshmallow.
  • As part of our growing team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new processes and improvements that enhance our customer experience.
