The Claims Team

Job Description:
We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Specialist to join our Claims Team. In this role, you'll provide outstanding service to customers making motor claims over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure their needs are taken care of sensitively and effectively.
Your day-to-day tasks will include collecting and recording accurate details from customers, verifying and monitoring claims received digitally, and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met. You'll also compare and validate information given by customers, be alert to potential fraud concerns, and proactively identify patterns in customer frustrations or hopes to improve our processes.
