Junior Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Consultant to join our team at Codelab. As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling Sonar and GitLab licenses to businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and qualify potential customers in need of Sonar and GitLab solutions through various outreach methods.
- Sales pipeline management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Sonar and GitLab products, staying up to date on their features, pricing models, and integration capabilities.
- Support sales process: Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Follow-up: Maintain consistent communication with leads and customers throughout the sales process, providing timely responses and solutions to inquiries.
- Cross-selling and up-selling: Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services, such as consulting and integration support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales reps, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and messaging.
- GitLab and CRM tools experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
