About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Service Engineer to join our team at Make. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees across the globe.

Your primary focus will be on setting up and troubleshooting devices, as well as handling employee onboarding. You will also be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and will work closely with our System Engineers to resolve issues and implement new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and troubleshoot devices for employees
  • Handle employee onboarding and provide technical support
  • Be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries
  • Work closely with System Engineers to resolve issues and implement new technologies

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in Windows environment (Windows 10, Windows Server 2016)
  • Knowledge in Apple environment (Mac/iPhone)
  • Proficiency in basic computer troubleshooting (Mac and Windows)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD (security groups/admin accounts)
  • First knowledge of TCP/IP networks
  • Microsoft O365 knowledge
  • Proficiency in English
