Job Title: Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely manner.
  • They will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • In addition, they will maintain accurate records, manage office supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Intermediate level of English (confident level) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian is an advantage.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities.
  • Flexible thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of responsibility and self-organization.

Estimated Salary:

$35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
