About the Role
  • Payment Processing: Apply customer payments, reconcile short payments, and issue credit notes.
  • Customer Relations: Contact customers for missing documents, send statements, and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Account Management: Monitor accounts/portals, reconcile accounts, and implement payment plans.
  • Financial Operations: Release blocked documents in SAP, manage credit limits, and assess risks.
  • Debt Handling: Process collections, manage insolvency cases, and collaborate with legal teams.
  • Reporting: Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
  • Data Maintenance: Update and maintain customer AR data in SAP Finance Module.
