About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team at ZaWin. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to software, networks, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, networks, and systems.
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations tailored to dentist practice requirements.
  • Implement system upgrades and work with our different teams to monitor the IT environment of the dentist's practices.
  • Offer training to users and provide a resolution to support requests.
  • Be a feedback channel for our customers and provide input to help us improve our products and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
