  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to aid customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and technologies to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, NoSQL, and SQL databases.
  • Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
