Holisticon Connect, a division of NEXER GROUP, is a dynamic custom software development company with a strong presence in Poland and expanding globally. We're seeking an exceptional New Business Manager to join our cross-functional Growth Team and spearhead new business development initiatives.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies for lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and negotiations. Your primary focus will be on becoming an expert in selected offerings and specializing in hunting for new projects to solve customer pains and challenges.

We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and hungry-for-growth individual who can take ownership of their work and execute projects from idea to result. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a passion for learning and development, we want to hear from you.

You will have the opportunity to work with multiple of our offerings and services within the Biotech/Pharma, Automotive, Connectivity, AR/VR, or Energy sectors in Europe. Our goal is to drive business growth through innovative sales channels, pipeline management, and client discovery meetings.

This role offers a high level of independence, but also provides support from the whole team and investments to help you succeed. You will be encouraged to think outside the box and leverage your expertise to drive results.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of 8,000-13,000 PLN gross/month (UoP) or 9,000-15,000 PLN net/month + VAT (B2B). In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including 2-factor remuneration, free benefits, and a personal training budget.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven track record in international sales, particularly in European Markets;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, collaboration, and resourcefulness;
  • High sense of ownership and ability to execute projects from idea to result;
  • Accountability for your actions and a focus on learning and development;
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken (Polish optional).

We appreciate skills in social selling, ABM, networking, and previous experience working in teams that use these tools. If you have great networking skills, such as attending conferences, webinars, and fairs, it's a definite plus.
