A leading fintech company is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to expand into the Polish market.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HoReCa sector. Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of POS system solutions and marketing strategies is a significant advantage.

This role requires proactive individuals who can visit restaurants, maintain relationships, and analyze market trends. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial, with existing teams including tech leads, Java developers, business analysts, testers, and product owners.

The hiring process involves several calls with the recruiter, team members, CEO, and Chief Product Owner. A hybrid model and contract type are also available.

Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients, developing long-term relationships, analyzing market trends, conducting product presentations, and closing deals. Additional tasks may involve creating and managing sales teams, implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing their effectiveness.

We offer competitive compensation, estimated to be around 6000-8000 PLN per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide private healthcare and opportunities for international projects.
