We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at DNA325. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
About the Role- Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and pain points
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance customer-facing skills and knowledge
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their expectations
- Proven experience in customer experience management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Fluency in German and English (additional languages a plus)
