Job Description: Sales Team Lead and Growth Strategist

aqua cloud GmbH is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead and Growth Strategist to join our cohesive sales team. This role involves designing and implementing an effective outbound sales strategy, building a structured sales funnel, and driving consistent performance from our sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain metrics and reporting systems to monitor team and individual performance
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancements
  • Presentation of regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance and strategy effectiveness
  • Gather and share key customer expectations and requests with relevant departments
  • Design, implement, and optimize an effective outbound sales strategy
  • Build and maintain a structured sales funnel
Requirements:
  • B2B Sales experience with a proven track record of successful deals closing
  • Team management experience with a focus on remote teams
  • Excellent understanding of IT, SDLC, CRM, and SaaS tools
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
