SalaryThe estimated monthly salary for this position is between PLN 8,000-13,000 gross (B2B) or PLN 9,000-15,000 net (B2B) + VAT. The choice of employment form includes B2B or an employment contract, allowing you to select the best option for your needs.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our cross-functional Growth Team. As part of this team, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Offering Innovation Manager, Content Specialist, other Sales Specialists, and Head of Growth to build out sales channels, feed our pipeline, and lead client discovery meetings and contract negotiations. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple offerings and services within various sectors in Europe.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and deal closure;
- A proven track record in international sales, specifically in European Markets (UK, Nordics, DACH);
- Deal lifecycle management, from prospect to close deal;
- Interpersonal skills, collaboration, and resourcefulness, with a high sense of ownership and ability to execute projects in sales from idea to result;
- Accountability for your actions, focus on learning and development, and excellent English language skills (Polish is optional). Moreover, experience working in teams that use social selling and ABM, as well as great networking skills, are highly valued.
