Senior Sales Specialist for Software Development Solutions

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Representative in SaaS to join our cohesive sales team. As a Lead Generation and Qualification Specialist, you will be responsible for growing the number of new users and happy clients in the DACH and EU markets.
Key Responsibilities- Process and qualify inbound leads, generate qualified outbound leads, and schedule sales demo meetings.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify potential customers within the target market for outbound lead generation.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and document achieved results on a daily basis.
- Continuously educate yourself on QA processes in IT to improve your understanding and provide valuable insights to customers.
- Lead Generation and Cold Outreach experience.
- Inbound Sales and IT knowledge.
- Familiarity with QA tools and processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a remote-first work mode.
- A competitive base monthly payment + monthly bonus for each opportunity and closed deal (up to 100% of the base).
