Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead/Gaming Industry Expansion Manager to drive client acquisition and establish our presence in the dynamic gaming market.

This role is critical in positioning ALLSTARSIT as a trusted partner for game development companies, studios, and publishers. As a Sales Team Lead/Gaming Industry Expansion Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new clients for our gaming branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement a sales strategy that attracts new clients within the gaming industry, focusing on game studios, publishers, and related tech companies.
  • To identify potential clients in target markets, establish relationships, and introduce our gaming solutions to address their unique needs.
  • To build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their game development requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
  • To collaborate closely with marketing to refine and promote our gaming services to align with industry trends and client demands.
  • To stay informed on gaming industry trends, competitors, and market needs to inform sales strategies and highlight our competitive edge.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Game Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of the gaming industry and its unique client needs, with a network of contacts in game development or publishing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Passion for gaming and technology, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in game development.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
