We are looking for an experienced sales leader to join our team as the Head of Sales in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving B2C sales for our service/product in Poland and building a strong sales team from scratch.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in B2C sales in the fintech market, with a proven track record of success. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train their team members. Additionally, they should have a fluent Polish and very good English language skills, with any other language being a plus.

As the Head of Sales, you will be accountable for reaching sales targets and constantly improving conversion rates. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify new leads and develop strategies to convert them into paying customers. Your role will also involve conducting online webinars and offline meetings with potential customers, as well as acting as the General Manager of the Polish site.
