We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mobility Partners. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in Polish (B2 or higher). Additionally, they will have prior experience in sales or customer support, as well as strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the preparation and delivery of product presentations for travel agencies and carriers
  • Assisting in making agreements with new clients
  • Helping set up client profiles
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Managing client accounts in CRM
