Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and problem resolution to customer inquiries
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining causes, and selecting effective solutions
  • Initiate, manage, and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner

About You:

  • A C1 level of Swedish (both written and spoken) and a B2 level of English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Standard operating system understanding and Office tools knowledge
  • Web-based applications and database operating skills
