Customer Service Specialist with Technical Background

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and problem resolution to customer inquiries
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining causes, and selecting effective solutions
- Initiate, manage, and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
About You:
- A C1 level of Swedish (both written and spoken) and a B2 level of English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Standard operating system understanding and Office tools knowledge
- Web-based applications and database operating skills
